Safety is a major concern when the angular momentum big, thus SpinNXG-P2 comes pre-loaded with integrated Lid-Interlock ensuring safety during the coating process. It also houses an in-situ dispensing port over the photoresist Lid and houses a bigger graphical LCD console to display RPM V/s Time graph of the spin protocol in Real-Time.
